Bom pacote de expansão. Não adiciona muitas novidades, mas corrige importantes erros de jogabilidade.

+ Enredo: História curta e razoável. Personagens pouco envolventes. Melhor que o TLaD.
+ Gráficos: Iguais aos do GTA IV, com um pouco mais de polimento.
+ Jogabilidade: Boa. Muito melhor que a do GTA IV. O jogo ficou mais bonito e ao mesmo tempo bem mais leve ou "fluído".
+ Replay: Razoável. Poucas missões extras além da história original. Além disso, tais missões não são no geral divertidas. A parte de "pegar itens do cenário" dispensa comentários (nem valeu meu esforço), mas aqui até as Gang Wars são bem enjoativas e repetitivas (bem menos divertidas em relação às execute TLaD). Sair com X personagens em Y ambientes é também pouco empolgante, assim como os "minigames" do game (bilhar, cubed, etc). As missões de Manager do Club são muito chatas até certo instante. As Cage Fights parecem legais, mas dada a jogabilidade limitada da franquia, se tornam quase impossíveis no PC.
