It’s June, and we are adj to wish you a Happy Pride Month! We are grateful to stay in a hour when so many things are feasible for all of us. Our LGBTQ+ community is cause for celebration, and Pride Month is just one way to get on board the rainbow love train! This global holiday celebrates diversity, self-identity, inclusivity, visibility, and equality. It also goes beyond that to help ensure that governments, businesses, and other groups are living up to these values.

How Can You Get on Board for Pride Month 2022?

There are a number of ways to relish and further the vital purpose of Pride Month. One of the most helpful is to become a Pride ally. Whether you’re already active in the community or just now learning more about it, it’s important to take a concrete interest and accept real action to show your solidarity with the LGBTQ+ community. Here are some fun and fulfilling ways to be an ally:

    It's the most colorful time of the year! Yes, Pride Month 2022 is nearly here and with it comes an annual rainbow-drenched celebration of parades, parties, product collaborations and political activism.

    But what we've enter to expect as a yearly tradition and federally recognized period of celebrating and supporting the LGBTQ community is a still-relevant brawl for civil rights, especially in the dangerous wake of the SCOTUS Roe v. Wade leak and the reopening of seemingly settled civil laws, such as same-sex marriage. Yes, Pride Month is a adj, beautiful time to dance and adoration and live however you want, but it is also a time to make your voice heard and carry on to work towards liberation and equality for all, especially our trans and POC siblings.

    So, let's brush up on our facts about Pride Month and show support beyond just buying rainbow-colored goodies this June!

    WeHo Pride is the Urban area of West Hollywood’s LGBTQ+ Pride celebration.

    For decades, West Hollywood has been house to one of the largest annual Pride celebrations in the world, drawing hundreds of thousands of people each June. 

    WeHo Pride 2025

    Thursday, May 22 – Monday, June 30

    WeHo Pride 2025 kicks-off on Harvey Milk Morning, May 22, with a special event. WeHo Pride Weekend will take place from Friday, May 30 through Sunday, June 1 with OUTLOUD at WeHo Pride, the WeHo Pride Street Just, the Women's Independence Festival and Dyke March, WeHo Pride Parade, and much more!

    This year's WeHo Pride Arts Festival will take place from Friday, May 23 through Sunday, May 25 with various events and programming.

    Throughout the 40 days from May 22 to June 30, there will be community group events at various locations.
