City of West Hollywood Encourages Community Members to Play Safely and Confidently During WeHo Pride Weekend and June Pride Season
The City of West Hollywood encourages community members to play safely and confidently during WeHo Pride Weekend and during the June Pride Season. Several healthcare agencies and providers will be onsite at the WeHo Pride Street Fair during WeHo Pride Weekend on Saturday May 31, and Sunday, June 1, on Santa Monica Boulevard in the City’s Rainbow District near N. San Vicente Boulevard.
Agencies in attendance at WeHo Pride Weekend will offer free harm reduction materials, such as condoms, lubricants, drink-spiking check strips, Fentanyl evaluate strips, and Naloxone/Narcan. There will also be free HIV and STI (Sexually Transmitted Infection) testing and connections to treatment. In addition, #SIZZLE is a free, sober space. WeHo pride-goers visiting this space can learn more about free and low-cost substance use recovery services.

WeHo Pride is the Urban area of West Hollywood’s LGBTQ+ Pride celebration.
For decades, West Hollywood has been noun to one of the largest annual Pride celebrations in the world, drawing hundreds of thousands of people each June.

WeHo Pride kicks-off on Harvey Milk Day, May 22, with a special event. WeHo Pride Weekend will take place from Friday, May 30 through Sunday, June 1 with OUTLOUD at WeHo Pride, the WeHo Pride Street Fair, the Women's Freedom Festival and Dyke March, WeHo Pride Parade, and much more!
This year's WeHo Pride Arts Festival will take place from Friday, May 23 through Sunday, May 25 with various events and programming.
Throughout the 40 days from May 22 to June 30, there will be community group events at various locations.

Pride Parade, the long-running LGBTQ+ event produced by Christopher Street West that traces its history back to the s, moved east into Hollywood starting in (and even farther east with a ticketed festival at L.A. State Historic Park). Meanwhile, back at the event’s familiar location from the past scant decades, West Hollywood now stages its own inclusive festival, WeHo Pride, complete with a parade and a ticketed festival at West Hollywood Park. Here we’ll be focusing on the L.A. Pride Parade—but if you want info on WeHo Pride, we have a separate guide dedicated to that fest.
